An open letter to past clients and friends of the practice.

If you have sat across from me, you know one thing about the way I work: I do not build, teach or offer anything until I have tested it, watched what it does in real lives, and seen it hold.

When we worked together, you carried heavy things. Companies. Family conflicts others could see. Quiet burnout. Power struggles. Relationships that cost more than they gave. Symptoms your doctors called stress. And again and again, you asked me for more:

• “Can I reach you when the crisis hits at 9 p.m. on a Tuesday, not just in our Thursday hour?”
• “Can we get my partner, my family or my team in one room for three days and settle this?”
• “Where do I send the people I love who aren't in Idaho, or don't need therapy, but need your clarity?”

I researched, I observed, and I designed a structure strong enough to hold what high-responsibility people and their families actually carry, without anyone ever feeling weak, desperate or crazy.
